¢~?9 <br />• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 25, 1998 <br />Mayor Gehrz convened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT <br />Gehrz, Hustad, Jacobs and Hoyt <br />ABSENT <br />Gibson Talbot and Kuettel <br />COMMUNITY FORUM <br />There was no one wishing to take advantage of the community forum. <br />MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 4, 1998 <br />Minutes were approved by unanimous consent. <br />• CONSENT AGENDA <br />Councilmember Jacobs moved approval of the following consent agenda. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />1. Disbursements <br />2. Licenses <br />3. Appointments to the Fire Department <br />4. Change the fixed asset capitalization level from 5500 to 51000 <br />5. Amend the 1998 Special Revenue Park Programs Fund <br />6. Decrease the projected capital costs for the NE Quadrant Street <br />Improvements in the 1999 capital budget <br />7. Appointment to the Park and Recreation Commission <br />8. Cancellation of December 9, 1998 council meeting and scheduling a <br />December 16, 1998 council meeting <br />POLICY AGENDA <br />REVIEW OF SALARY FOR MAYOR'S POSITION <br />Mayor Gehrz explained that the councilmembers wanted to review the <br />• mayor's salary. Councilmember Jacobs explained that the mayor puts in at <br />least a third more time at than councilmembers do serving the city; therefore <br />
