CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING ~. <br />MINUTES OF MAY 22, 1996 ~ 2 ~ `~ <br />Mayor Gehrz convened the meeting at 7:02 P.M. <br />PRESENT <br />Mayor Gehrz, councilmembers Gibson Talbot, Hustad, Jacobs and Kuettel. <br />Also present was city engineer Maurer, city attorney Sampson, city <br />administrator Hoyt and recording secretary Phillips. <br />COMMUNITY FORUM <br />There was no one wishing to take advantage of the community forum. <br />PUBLIC HEARING AND APPROVAL FOR THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE LICENSE <br />Administrator Hoyt said the city has established a separate license for <br />therapeutic massage enterprises and that the applicant, Mr. Doru Vladislav of <br />1860 Tatum St., meets the license requirements. Staff recommends approval <br />of this license. Mayor Gehrz opened the public hearing at 7:06 P.M. There <br />being no one to address the council, the public hearing closed at 7:07 P.M. <br />Councilmember Hustad moved to approve the issuance of a therapeutic <br />massage license at 1860 Tatum St. The motion passed unanimously. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Motion was made by councilmember Gibson Talbot to approve the consent <br />agenda. Proclamation declaring June 1, 1996 as "Stand for Children Day" in the <br />City of Falcon Heights <br />
