G'. Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #75-1 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE NORTH STAR STATE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES BANK OF ROSEVILLE AS THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY NORTH STAR STATE BANK OF THE GENERAL AND SINKING FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS FOR 1975 Councilman Labalestra seconded the foregoing Resolutions and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien~ Councilmen Ecklund~ Steele, and Labalestra and the following voted against the same: None. Motion carried. Mayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #75-2 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE ROSEVILLE STATE ROSEVILLE STATE BANK BANK OF ROSEVILLE AS THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY OF THE LIQUOR FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALC~IJ HEIGHTS FOR 1975 Councilman Labalestra seconded the foregoing Resolution and apon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien,: Councilmen Ecklund~ Steele and Labalestra and the following voted against the same: None. Motion carried. Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #75-3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCESS TO THE SAFETY SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX DEPOSIT BOX AT THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK FOR 1975 ~'(~j~; AND CLERK ADM.C Councilman Steele seconded the foregoing Resolutions and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor there- of: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund~ Steele and Labalestra the following voted against the same: None. Motion carried. Councilman Steele moved seconded by Councilman Labalestra HEALTH OFFICER to appoint Dr. Duane R. Ausman as Health Officer for a period of three years expiring 12-31-77. Motion carried. Councilman Labalestra moved seconded by Mayor Warkentien~ to ANIMAL C9NTROL designate the firm MAPSI as Animal Control Agent for 1975. Motion carried. Councilman Steele moved seconded by Councilman Labalestra to OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER designate the St. Paul Dispatch and Pioneer Press as the official newspaper for the City of Falcon Heights for 1975. Motion carried.
