SHERIFF"S <br />BEPCRT <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Flack, to <br />approve the licauor disbursements for January 10-22 in the LI~;?UOR DISr. <br />amount of .:~12, 844.75 Totion carried. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by T~Iayor T°darkentien, to GENE~iAL DISP <br />approve the general disbursements of January 10-22 in the <br />amount of ':`~33, 078.12 T~otion carried. <br />PLayor T,iarkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra, SIT~Ti~ING FU~1D <br />to approve the sinking fund for January 10-22 in the amount <br />of ~"°2,9.57.50 Motion carried. <br />Councilman Labalestra moved, seconded by T~iayor trdarT~entien, C.t~'i.TCELLED <br />to approve the cancellation of check number 6480 to T~iinnesota CHECK <br />Fire, Inc. in the amount of k141.00 due to duplicate payment. <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Flack noted that Shakey's Pizza wanted to locate STiAKEY'S <br />in Falcc~ti ?eights, and that a meeting would be held T•-Tonday, PIZZA <br />January 27, 1975 in regard to this. Councilman Blac.~ also <br />noted that there seemed to be no problems uaith this, and <br />that this would be reported on at the next meeting. <br />Engineer Lemberg discussed a letter with .respect to the ST. P1~UL <br />St. Paul Sewer Department on the St. Anthony Storm drainage SEZ:~E:'~ DEPT. <br />facilities. He noted that they are in the process of con- LETT~~Fi <br />structing a tunnel, and noted that Lauderdale and the Fair <br />Board have taken no action on the subject. <br />Councilman Labalestra stated that the Falcon ?Heights <br />businessmen are very concerned about the City Blight <br />Ordinance and the enforcement of that ordinance. <br />1 <br />The Council noted that T~Tr. Ralph Yellen of Ralph B.
