T~~otion carried. <br />Engineer Lemberg; stated that he had been in contact with <br />T~iidwest Planning, and indicated that there are some areas <br />under Title I where money is available under an act of <br />197 Federal un.ding.~. T-Te noted that street, storm sewer, <br />and park planning were included in the fund proposal, but <br />that application would have to be made by hebruary 1, 1975. <br />Engineer Lemberg also noted that this is the only program <br />available for Falcon Heights of this type. Clerk-~ldrnin- <br />istrato_r ~~urnes noted that there is not enough time for <br />this, and that by January 15, 1975 it should have been <br />worked on. Tiotion carried. <br />The letter from Representative ileil Dieterich in regard to <br />the regent appointment for the University of T~Iinnesota was <br />noted, and his request for any nominations from Falcon <br />ITeights was discussed. Also, his request for any bills <br />that the Council would desire to have introduced to the <br />legislature was discussed.
