<br />plat hearing, and gave a brief review of •t~:e proposed plat, location,
<br />contractor, and the minutes of the previous Planning Cotr,;~~ission meet-
<br />ing in regard to the Thatcher Red Oaks plat. He noted that no action
<br />had been taker. a.t the Planixirg Commission meeting, and that another
<br />meeting. would be set up to continue the discussion. He indicated the
<br />general consensus of the first planning Commission meeting ?~Tas that
<br />Garden Avenue residents were opposed to it. No action taken. by t:".e
