<br />The letter from Robert W. ti^russler in regard to towing cr,arges he feels LETTER FROM
<br />the City should reimburse Y.im for was noted by the Council. Attorney ROBERT Z^rUSSLER
<br />Davies felt Falcon Heights is not responsible, since the City was not IN PwG~rD TO
<br />a party to _~hv contract fcr towing in the matte r. The Co~_ncil directed TOIr7IAIG CHARGES
<br />Clerk-Administrator 3ar~~es to write a letter to 2~Ir. T^~ussler, stating
<br />the Council's position.
<br />The letter from Representative ti^?alter Hansen was noted in regard to LETTER FROM
<br />the three liquor bills the Council had taken action on at a previous REP. HANSEN
<br />meeting.
<br />The news release from the Minnesota Taxpayers Association relative to
