He noted the ordinance had been recommended <br />by Prosecuting Attorney Ronald Riach. Councilman Black moved, seconded by <br />Councilman Labalestra, to adapt Ordinance 1,42. Upon a vote bung taken, <br />the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, <br />Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay"s None. The motion died for lack of a second.
