He noted the ordinance had been recommended by Prosecuting Attorney Ronald Riach. Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra, to adapt Ordinance 1,42. Upon a vote bung taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay"s None. The motion died for lack of a second. ACTIVITY AT FARK Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra, that there TENNIS COURTS be no time limits for closing at the Falcon Heights Tennis Courts. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Council- men Black, Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": Council- man Steele. Motion carried.
