Upon a vote being taken, the CONTRACT <br />following voted "ay®": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, <br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />The State Fair fire contract with St. Paul was noted, and that St. Paul FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />plans to increase the cost of protection $5,000 a year for the ne~ct three CONTRACT WITH <br />years. Clerk-Administrator Barnes suggested Chief Helbig draw up a de- STATE FAIR <br />tailed proposal to submit to the Fair Board, offering fire protection by BOARD <br />Falcon Heights. No other action taken. <br /> Councilman Steele noted the letter from the Ramsey County Junior Sheriff+s RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> Foundation requesting donations. No action was taken by the Council.
