Motion FAIR TIME <br />carried. <br />Mr. Clarence Nelson's letter, regarding sidewalk condition on California MR. NELSONS <br />Avenue between Albert and Pascal, was noted by the Council. It was noted LETTER REGARDING <br />replacement of concrete would run between X1.30 and $1.50 per square foot SIDEWALK AT <br />depending upon the size of the project. The Council directed Clerk -Admin- CALIFORNIA <br />istrator Barnes to send a copy of Engineer Lemberg's letter to Mr. Nelson. He read the letter from LOOS TO MOPE <br />Building Inspector Squires.-that indicated approval of the structure, HOUSE INTO <br />and file minutes of the Planning Commission meeting recommending appro- FALCON HEIGHTS <br />val of the variance, subject to the approval of Dr. Ballard, his neigh- <br />bor to the immediate south. <br />Councilman B1a,ck moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, to approve the VARIANCE REQUEST <br />variance of Heinrich Loos.
