<br />Councilman Labalestra moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to authorize PUBLICATION OF
<br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes to publish Actual Use Report No. 5 for ACTUAL USE
<br />general revenue sharing. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted REPORT N0. 5
<br />"aye" : Mayor Tr~arkentien, Councilmen Black and Labalestra, and the follow-
<br />ing voted "nay": None. Motion carried.

<br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to approve the REFUSE HAULER'S
<br />following Refuse Hauler's License renewals for the period of July 1, 1975 LICENSE RENEWALS
<br />to June 30, 19 76 :

<br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to approve the MASTER GAS
<br />renewal of Master Gas Installer's License 320 for Midwest Equipment INSTALLER+S
<br />Company, 300 University Avenue, for the period of July 1, 1975 to LICNESE
<br />June 30, 1976. Upon a vote bei ng taken, the following voted "aye" : RENEWAL
<br />Mayor Warkentien, Counci..lmen Black and Labalest~, and the following
<br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
<br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra, to approve CIGARETTE
<br />the renewal of Cigarette Licnese No. 126 for Clark+s Submarine, 1670 LICENSE N0. l~26
<br />North Snelling, for the period of July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976. Upon CLARK' S
<br />a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Council- SUBMARINE
<br />men Black and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Engineer Lemberg presented the discussion on the proposed parking facility FLOTrrER CITY
<br />changes at Flower City, and presented a map indicating the changes. A PARKING LOT
<br />lengthy discussion followed, and the Council indicated they would like to
<br />see it brought up before the Businessmen's Association. Engineer Lemberg
<br />stated he would set up a meeting with the State before the proposal is to
<br />be brought before the Businessmen's Association.
<br />The service lane adjacent to the Standard Station was also discussed, and SERVICE LANE
<br />it was noted people use the service lane as a short-cut to Larpenteur, BY STANDARD
<br />rather than using the stoplights at the intersection of Iarpenteur and SERVICE STATION
<br />Snelling Avenues. It°was recommended this also be brought before the
<br />Businessmen's Association.
<br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to approve the
<br />"stop payment" and cancellation of Check 8792 to the Ramsey County RAMSEY COUNTY
<br />Treasurer for lost check, and the duplicate check issue. Upon a vote TREASURER
<br />being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen CHECK REISSUE
<br />Black and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion
<br />carried.
