<br />Compa~r in the amount of $3,813.27 for Falcon Heights Improvement Bonds
<br />issued 7-01-67. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye":

<br />the cancellation of check 8830 to George Mulholland Company in the
<br />amount of $80.30 due to duplicate payment. Upon a vote being tic en,

<br />Attorney Kenefick felt an ordinance should be adopted relative to rules
<br />and regulations for the Falcon Heights Community Park. No action taken.
<br />Attorney Kenefick presented the discussion on extensions of mayor and
<br />council terms, and discussed odd and even year elections.

<br />Clerk Administrator Barnes noted Warner's Stellian Company, Inc., was WARNER'S
<br />considering replacing their sign at 1711 North Snelling Avenue, and STELLIAN SIGN
<br />that they had submitted preliminary drawings. Councilman Black moted VARIANCE
<br />a variance would be required for this, with possible Planning Commission DISCUSSION
<br />approval as well.
<br />Engineer Lemberg noted he had received a call from the University per our UNIVERSITY
<br />agreement, and that the University has changed their plans, and were going AGREEMENT
<br />to repair the sewer lines. He noted plans would be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
<br />No action taken.
<br />Clerk-Administrator noted the letter he received from the Metro Council POPULATION
<br />on Falcon Heights population at this time, which is 5,757•
<br />The letter from the PCA. informing Norbert Hermes, owner of Hexme's PCA LETTER
<br />Shopping Center at Larpent®u r and Snelling, to close down his incinerator HERr1E5
<br />was noted.
<br />The letter from the PCA in regard to the University manure pile was PCA LETTER
<br />noted, and that the University plans to construct a stock waste UNIVERSITY
