2 Mayor Warkentien reported on a Moore, President of Mando Phot owner of the Boyd Apartments, tor, the purpose of which was the variance and sideyard setb not attained. Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Black to refer 'the application for a varianc® for Mando Photo Company, 1790 West Larpenteur Avenue, to the Planning Commission at their meeting of December 2, 1975, for their consideration in detail relative to provisions of Ordinance 61~, Sections 16.1 (3) and 16.l~ (1i.), and also including consideration of the sideyard set- back; and, further, that the Planning Commission be notified of this action by letter, with copies to Milton Moore and James Boyd, and that Milton Moore and James ;3oyd submit letters to the Planning Commission before December 2, 1975, explaining any agree- ments or arguments they have with regard to the front variance and sideyard setback requested by Mando Photo Company. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted 'aye': Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen :Slack, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the follow- ing voted "nay": None. Motion carried. Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Labalestra that the Engineer's report concerning the Utility and Street take-over of the University Grove area be distributed to all principals involved as soon as possible for their review, along with the Council. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Trlarkentien, Councilman Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
