Upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br />"aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, <br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />The Sheriff's Report for the month of October, 1975, was SHERIF'F' S <br />noted. ~~RT <br />Councilman Black requested the Clerk-Administrator to prepare INSURANCE <br />a resume of insurance for 1976 on the City Ha11 and Liquor RESUME <br />Store and also that Council consider the possibility of raising REQUEST <br />the insurance for parks. <br />Councilman Black stated that perhaps there should be two PARK AND <br />separate committees for Parks and for Recreation. Council- RECREATION <br />man Steele also felt both were separate items, i.e., parks CON~'IITTEES <br />and recreational activities. Councilman Ecklund suggested <br />a Park Development Committee be appointed, which would function <br />during the time a park was being developed, and after that tine, <br />the Recreation Committee would take over. The <br />reason for the report wa_s cnn.cern of conflict, of interest in <br />his role as City Engineer. <br />
