x 3 .. <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Mayor ~~;arkentien LIQUOR PAYROLL <br />to approve the Liquor Payroll, October 16 - 31, in the amount OCTOBER. 31 <br />of $1,657.13. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br />"aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, <br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Moved by Mayor jarkentien, seconded by Councilman Labalestra LIQUOR PAYROLL <br />to approve the Liquor Payroll, November 1 - 15, in the amount NOVEMBER 15 <br />of $1,8t~6.96. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br />"aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, <br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. PZotion <br />carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Black, seconded by Councilman Steele to LIQUOR <br />approve the Liquor Disbursements in the amount of $16,581.71. DISBURSFd~1TS <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />ti~rarkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, <br />and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />The Sheriff's Report for the month of October, 1975, was SHERIF'F' S <br />noted. ~~RT <br />Councilman Black requested the Clerk-Administrator to prepare INSURANCE <br />a resume of insurance for 1976 on the City Ha11 and Liquor RESUME <br />Store and also that Council consider the possibility of raising REQUEST <br />the insurance for parks. <br />Councilman Black stated that perhaps there should be two PARK AND <br />separate committees for Parks and for Recreation. Council- RECREATION <br />man Steele also felt both were separate items, i.e., parks CON~'IITTEES <br />and recreational activities. Councilman Ecklund suggested <br />a Park Development Committee be appointed, which would function <br />during the time a park was being developed, and after that tine, <br />the Recreation Committee would take over. Council concensus was <br />that a Park Development Committee be established for 1976. <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the follotiaing Resolution and RESOLUTION <br />moved its adoption: N0. 75-32: <br />APPROVING A <br />RESOLUTION N0. 75-32 C~J~~NGE IN <br />PRECINCT #~ <br />A P~ESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE IN PRECINCT ~~ POLLING PLACE <br />POLLING PLACE <br />Mayor Z•Jarkentien seccnded the foregoing Resolution and <br />upon a vote being taken, the following voted "ayes': Mayor <br />titirarkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, <br />and tha fol7_otiring voted "nay" : None. I~Iction carried. <br />Brad Lemberg, Er~ineer, reported that Ramsey Co~zn.ts,T has GIBBS FARM <br />requested his professional services to investigate the possi- SANITAR3C SEG~'ER <br />bility of extension of sanitary sewer to the Gibbs Farm REQUEST <br />property in Order fo provide better public facilities. The <br />reason for the report wa_s cnn.cern of conflict, of interest in <br />his role as City Engineer. <br />
