5 <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Acting Mayor Black ~ C <br />to recommend to the Prosecuting Attorney that charges against J <br />the three bartenders at Falcon Lanes, 1550 West Larpenteur Avenue, <br />be dropped and the thirty (30) day suspension of Bottle Club <br />License No. 316 be terminated with the license to be reinstated <br />effective December 30, 1975; and further, that the public hearing <br />scheduled on the suspension be cancelled. (Refer to Minutes, December 11, <br />1975, Page 3, Paragraph 2.) Upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted "aye": Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund and Labalestra, <br />and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Acting Mayor Black that <br />the City Attorney draw up an amendment to the Ordinances regarding <br />non-intoxicating malt liquor. The intention of the proposed amend- <br />ment is to state that non-intoxicating malt liquor cannot be sold, <br />displayed, or consumed after the closing time applicable to bottle- <br />clubs or on-sale liquor establishments. Upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted "aye": Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund and <br />Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />LJ <br />Moved by Acting Mayor Black, seconded by Councilman Labalestra BOOKKEEPER'S <br />to increase the salary of the Bookkeeper, T. R. Williams, to SALARY FOR <br />$755 per month from $700 per month ($9,060 yearly to be split 1976 <br />$1c,680 from the Sanitary Sewer Fund and $x.,380 from the Liquor <br />Fund). Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Acting <br />Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund and Labalestra, and the following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Acting Mayor Black to SANITARY <br />approve the 1976 Falcon Heights Sanitary Sewer budget as sub- SEWER BUDGET` <br />mitted in the amount of $7.la,6,l~12. Upon a vote being taken, the 1976 <br />following voted "aye": Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund <br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Councilman Ecklund ADJOURNMENT <br />to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 p.m. Upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted "aye": Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund <br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None.
