Upon a vote being taken, the following DECEMBER 31, <br />voted "aye": Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund and 1975 <br />Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Councilman Ecklund GENERAL DIS- <br />to approve the Gen®ral Disbursements in the amount of $21,926.07. BtAi.SEMENTS <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Acting Mayor <br />Black, Councilmen Ecklund and Labalestra, and the following voted <br />"mar": None. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded ~ Councilman Ecklund SINKING FUND <br />to approve an interest due payment (1967 Improvement Bonds) in DISBURSEMENT <br />the amount of $7l~5.61 to be made from the Sinking Fund. Upon a <br />vote being taken, the following voted "aye" : Acting Mayor Black, <br />Councilmen Ecklund and Label®stra, and the following voted "nay": <br />None. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Acting Mayor Black LIQUOR PAYROLL <br />to approve the Liquor Payroll, December 16 - 31, 1975, in the DECEMBER 31, <br />amount of $1,5l~0.90. Upon a vote being taken, the following 1975 <br />voted "aye": Acting Mayor Slack, Councilmen Ecklund and Laba- <br />lestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, second®d by Acting Mayor Black LIQUOR DIS- <br />to approve the Liquor Disbursements in the amount of $17,9118.83. BURSEMEDITS <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Acting <br />Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund and Labalestra, and the following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Ecklund requested the Clerk-Administrator to check PAS LIGHTS <br />that the lights at the Community Park were being utilized at <br />the proper tires and correctly for security. <br />not included in net income. Councilman Black stated he would <br />like to have the reports on a monthly basis another six months. <br />Councilman Labalestra discussed the system used for accounting LIQUOR STORE <br />at the Liquor Store. Councilman Ecklund stated he would like ACCOUNTING <br />the debt obligations to be shown monthly. Councilman Labalestra SYSTEM <br />said that repayments on the bond issue could be shown on th e <br />bottom of the income and expense statement, but that this was <br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes said he had been contacted by the FALCON LANES <br />City Prosecuting Attorney, Ronald Riach, regarding the charges LIQUOR LICENSE <br />for liquor violations at Falcon Lanes. Mr. Riach advised he REINSTATEMENT <br />felt the police investigation. would not result in a conviction <br />and that he felt charges should be dismissed. <br />
