Councilman Steele introduced the following 0 rdinance and moved ORDINANCE its adoption: N0. 1117s LICENSING AND ORDINANCE NO. 7.117 REGULATING SALE AND CON- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 132 ENTITLED "AN SUMPTION OF ORDINANCE REGULATING AND LICENSING THE SALE AND CONSIJI~TION INTOXICATING OF INTbXICATING LIQUOR IN CERTA]:N ESTAffi,ISHMENTS AND LIQUOR PROVIDING FDR PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" Councilman Black seconded the foregoing motion to adopt Ordinance No. 7117, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof Maor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted against: None.
