Mayor Warkentien reported on a meeting he attended concerning a Youth Services Bur®au which would work with youth who may have delinquency problems. This Bureau would provide counsel- ing to individuals and faYei.lies. Moved by Mayor Warkentien, seconded br Councilman Labalestra that Barbara Whitmore and Dennis Rau of the Northwest Suburban Youth Services Bureau be invited to give a p resentation to Council at the meeting of February 12, 1976, regarding the ' function and objectives of the Bureau. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. i ,-3 NORTHWEST SUBURBAN YOUTH SERVICES BUREAU Moved by Councilman Slack, seconded by Councilman Ecklund to MASTERS GAS approve Masters Gas Installers License #328 issued to Donal G. INSTALLERS Ruden, Air Comfort, Inc., 3300 Gorham Avenue, Minneapolis, LICENSE #328: Minnesota. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": AIR COMFORT, Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Steele, and INC. the following abstained: Councilman Labalestra. Motion carried. Moved by Councilman Steele, s®conded by Councilman Labalestra CIGARETTE to approve Cigarette License #!G!}0 issued to the Falcon Heights LICENSE #I~l.t.0: Municipal Liquor Store. Upon a vote being taken, the following MUNICIPAL voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, LIQUOR STORE and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay's: None.. Motion carried . The Clerk-Administrator was directed to itnvestigate plumbing and gas insp®ction fees in surrounding comununities and compare them with those charged by Falcon Heights. This report is to be sub- mitted at the next Council meeting, February 12, 1976. Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE N0. 1l~5 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF SNOWN~DBII.ES AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 99 OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Councilman Black seconded the foregoing motion to adopt Ordinance No. 1~, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof PROPOSED AGR.EEMEAITS: PLUMBING AND GAS IIJSPECTORS ORDINANCE N0. 1~t5: RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF SNOW- MOBILES Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steel®, and Labalestra, and the following voted against: Non®. Motion carried. Action was deferred on the Sheriff's Contract for 1976 with RAMSEY COUNTY Ramsey County until an answer was received from Lauderdale on SHERIF'F'S a 3oint policing agreement.
