2 <br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Councilman Steele that <br />the application for a Conditional Use Permit allowing a small <br />• animal veterinary hospital at 1660 North Snelling be submitted <br />to the City Health Board for their opinion and consideration with <br />a report to be made to the Planning Commission at their March 8, <br />1976, meeting and to the Council on March 11, 1976. Upon a vote <br />being taken, the following voted "aye": Acting Mayor Black, <br />Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Warkentien arrived at 7:30 p.m. <br />• <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Councilman Steele <br />that the request for establishing a veterinary hospital be referred <br />to the Planning Commission for their opinion of the feasibility of <br />including a veterinary hospital under the B2 zoning provision. Upon <br />a vote being taken, the following voted "aye'': Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted <br />"nay": Acting Mayor Black. The present schedule BUILDING <br />has been in use for 15 years and due to increased costs of ad- INSPECTION <br />ministration, application, and enforcement, Mr. Squires felt FEES <br />adjustments were necessary. <br />Moved by Councilman Black, seconded by Councilman Ecklund to <br />direct the City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance incorporating <br />the fee schedule as listed in Table 3A of the 1973 Edition of <br />the Uniform Building Code. Upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, <br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Jerry Renchin, Assistant Fire Chief, asked Council to reconsider DISCUSSION: <br />payment in the amount of $36.00 to Michael D. He stated the re- RADIO REPAIR <br />pairs had been authorized, but the parts did not arrive until BILL <br />January 6, 1976, and Mr. Clarkin had paid the repair bi:11 by <br />personal check. <br />Moved by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Black to authorize <br />payment of Check No. 9l~0lt in the amount of $36.00 to Michael D. <br />Clarkin for Falcon Heights Fire Department radio repair and maintenance. <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following <br />voted "nay": None.
