<br />Moved b7 Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Councilman Black to GENERAL
<br />approve the General Payroll, February 16 - 29, 1976, in the PAYROLL:
<br />amount of $3,732.30. Upon a vote being taken, the following FEBRUARY 29,
<br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, 1976
<br />Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Labalestra LIQUOR
<br />to approve the Liquor Payroll, February 16 - 29, 1976, in the PAYROLL:
<br />amount of $1,693.67. Upon a vote being taken, the following FEBRUARY 29,
<br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, 1976
<br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Black, seconded by Councilman Steele to
<br />approve general disbursements in the amount of $32,776.16.

<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Labalestra LIQUOR
<br />to approve the liquor disbursements in the amount of $12,l~11.71. DISBURSEMENTS

<br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra,
<br />and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
<br />Discussion was held of the need to purchase CB radios for com- DISCUSSION:
<br />munication between administration and the maintenance departments. CB 2 WAY

<br />Moved by Councilman Steel®, seconded by Councilman Slack to deny CHASE
<br />the purchase of CB 2-way radios for use with the Maintenance De-
<br />partaxent. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye":
<br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Steele, and the following voted
<br />"nay": Mayor Warkentien and Councilman Labalestra. Motion carried.
<br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes ®~lained that although the City had one STORM SEWER
<br />pump at present, another pump was needed to augment that pump PtJI~ PURCHASE
<br />as a backup in case of failure.
<br />Moved by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Labalestra to
<br />authorize the Clerk Administrator to purchase a Model 285 Homelite
<br />Trash Pump for the amount of $637.13 from K and K Hardware, to
<br />be paid from the Unappropriated Funds Account. Upon a vote being
<br />taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen
<br />Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted
<br />"nay": None. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Ecklund to CHAIRS FOR
<br />authorize the purchase of seventy (70) Samoonite #6300 Series COUNCIL
<br />chairs in various colors at $12.50 each from Fireside Office CHAMFERS
<br />Supply, Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota. Upon a vote being taken,
<br />the following voted "ayes': Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele,
<br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nays': Mayor Warkentien.
<br />Motion carried.
