Dr. Silverman submitted a signed statement by adjacent property owners noting they had no objection to his proposed small animal hospital, which is to be located at 1660 North Snelling Avenue. (The statement is on file in the C1erk- Administrator's office.) Moved by Councilman Black, seconded by Councilman Steele to grant the Conditional Use Permit for a small animal veterinary hospital to Dr. David Silverman at 1660 North Snelling Avenue with the under- standing that the Clerk-Administrator will maintain a file in re- ference to at~y complaints and, also, that the Council may order unannounced inspections of the premises by members of the Board of Health. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. Frank B. Eha, City Gas Inspector, asked that license and permit LICENSE AND fees for plumbing and heating be revised and the ordinance re- PERMIT FEES garding them be updated. A discussion of the present ordinances DISCUSSION and fees followed. Council directed the City Attorney to clarify and amend the present Plumbing Ordinance, No. 10l~, to include large and small gas appliances and the Clerk-Administrator to report back with a proposed fee schedule at the meeting of March 25, 1976. Councilman Black assumed the chair at 8:i~5 p.m. ORDINANCE N0. 1~.8: Councilman Steele introduced the following Ordinance and moved RELATING TO its adoption: THE BUILDING CODE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 103, RELATING TO THE BUILDING CODE OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE ~S 107, 122, AND l~.l. Councilman Labalestra seconded the foregoing motion to adopt Ordinance No. 1118, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Ecklund, Labalestra, and Steele, and the following voted against: Acting Mayor Slack,:. Motion carried. The above Ordinance also contains a change in the maximum value of the job involved requiring a permit from $300.00 to $500.00. and an increased fee schedule. Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Acting Mayor Black TREE TRIMMING to approve Tree Trimming License No. 331 issued to Davey Tree LICENSE N0. Expert Company, New Hope. Upon a vote being taken, the following 3311 voted "aye": Acting Mayor Slack, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
