Minutes <br />March 11 1976 ~ '~ <br />~-~- ~ <br />Page Three <br />• Clerk-Administrator Barnes related he had received a complaint ORDINANCE <br />concerning a violation of the Home Occupation section of Ordinance N0. 61~: <br />No. 6!~ in that a business was being conducted with at least one HOME OCCUPATION <br />full time employee at 1512 Idaho. VIOLATION <br />David Anderson, 1512 Idaho, admitted he was in violation of <br />Ordinance No-. 6!~ because he did have one full time employee and <br />two part time employees. He said he would be moving his business <br />quarters to another site within six months. <br />Moved by Counci].:aan Labalestra, seconded by Councilman Ecklund <br />that six (6) months from this date (September 11, 1976) David <br />Anderson, 1512 Idaho, cease his home occupation with outside <br />help, which is in apparent violation of Ordinance No. b1~. Upon <br />a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Acting Mayor <br />Black, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the follow- <br />ing voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />The Clerk-Administrator was asked to investigate the possibility <br />of small engine repair being conducted at the home of James D. <br />White, 1938 Roselawn, and to report back to Council. <br />A Fire Department inventory has been prepared. This was brought FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />to the attention of Council. INVENTORY <br />REVIEW <br />• Fire reports, Nos. 21 and 23, were noted. FIRE REPORTS <br />Councilman Steele introduced the following Resolution, and moved RESOLUTION <br />its adoption: N0. 76-9: <br />APPROVING <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-9 PLANS FOR <br />ARONA STORM <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR ARONA STREET S10 RM SEWER, CRAW- <br />SEWER"CONSTRUCTION AND NECESSARY APPURTENANCES, INC- FORD RECON- <br />LUDING BOULEVARD AND STREET RESTORATION FRAM IDAHO STRUC TION, AND <br />TO HOYT, MSA N0. 121-101-05; CRAWFORD STREET RECON- GARDEN AVENUE <br />STRUCTION FROM SNELLING TO ARANA, MSA N0. 12l~-10~-01; WATER MAIN <br />AND GARDEN AVENUE WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO LOOP EXTENSION <br />HAMLINE AVENUE, ALBERT AVENUE, AND HOLTON AVENUE <br />Acting Mayor Black seconded the foregoing Resolution, and upon <br />a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Acting Mayor <br />Black, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the follow- <br />ing voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution, and RESOLUTION <br />moved its adoption: N0. 76-10: <br />APPROVING <br />PLANS FOR <br />• PATCHING AND <br />SEALCOATING <br />FOR 1976 <br />
