<br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Councilman Black to GENERAL
<br />approve the General Payroll, March 1 - 15, 1976, in the amount PAYROLL:
<br />of $3,296.61. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted MARCH 1 - 75
<br />"aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele,
<br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Labalestra LIQUOR
<br />to approve the Liquor Payroll, March 1 - 15, 1976, in the amount PAYROLL:
<br />of $1,669.67. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": MARCH 1 - 15
<br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra,
<br />and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Black to approve GENERAL
<br />the General Disbursements in the amount of $13,383.93• Upon a vote DISBURSEMENTS
<br />being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Council-
<br />men Black, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay":
<br />Councilman Ecklund. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Councilman Black to SINKING FUND
<br />approve the Sinking Fund Disbursement in the amount of $12,171.92 DISBURSEMENT
<br />(principal and interest payment on Storm Sewer Improvement Bonds
<br />of April 1966; interest payment on Water Main and Sanitary Sewer
<br />Improvement Bonds of October 1963; and interest payment on Larpenteur
<br />Avenue Water Main and Pumping Station Improvement Bonds of October
<br />1959). Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor
<br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and
<br />the following voted "nays' : None. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Councilman Black to LIQUOR
<br />approve the Liquor Disbursements in the amount of $16,928,96. DISBURSEMENTS
<br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted `'aye" : Mayor Tr7arken-
<br />tien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the
<br />following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
<br />It was noted that a proposal for policing was submitted by the POLICE
<br />City of Roseville. Mayor Warkentien will take this under advise- CONTRACT
<br />ment and contact the Lauderdale Council as to the contents of the
<br />report. The proposal is on file in the Clerk Administrator's office.
<br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Mayor Warkentien that an PARK
<br />account in the amount of $100 be established for the Park Develop- DEVELOPI9ENT
<br />ment Committee to cover travel expenses incurred by University of COP~~TTEE
<br />Minnesota students assisting with the design of playground equip- EXPENSE
<br />ment. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye" : NTayor ACCOUNT
<br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and
<br />the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
