Upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted "ay®": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, <br />Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. <br />Motion carried. <br />The City Attorney was directed to rewrite and condense the present AMENDING <br />ordinances relating to Plumbing, including a new fee schedule for PLUMBING <br />permits and licenses. The fee schedule is to be rewritten by the ORDINANCE AND <br />Clerk-Administrator, with the assistance of Councilman Ecklund. FEE SCHEDULE <br />The ordinance is to conform to th® Uniform Building Code of the <br />State of Minnesota. This item is to be submitted to Council at <br />the meeting of April 22, 1976. <br />Moved by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Steele to BICENTENNIAL <br />authorize the Clerk-Administrator to execute the contract with CELEBRATION <br />The Minnesota State Fair for the Bicentennial Celebration to be CONTRACT: <br />held May 25, 26, 27, 1976, at the Machinery Park area of th a STATE FAIR- <br />fairgrounds and to notify the City insurance carrier of the event. GROUNDS <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, <br />and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />The Falcon Heights Spring Cleanup was scheduled for May 8 - 16, SPRING <br />1976, at the State Fairgrounds. Residents must have prnper CLEANUP <br />identification in order to use the facility. DATES <br />
