<br />Moved by Councilman Labalsstra, seconded by Mayor Warkentien
<br />to approve the Liquor Payroll, March 16 - 31, 1976, in the
<br />amount of $1,880.Lt7. Upon a vote being taken, tha following
<br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilman Black, Ecklund,
<br />Steele, and Labalsstra, and the following voted "nay": None.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Labalsstra
<br />to approve the General I}isbursement, Check No. 9506, dated
<br />March 31, 1976, in the amount of $127.32. Upon a vo to being
<br />taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Council-
<br />men Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalsstra, and the following
<br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried.

<br />Clerk Administrator Barnes reported that the Sheriff's BOTTLE CLUB
<br />Department Crime Lab did not have the report on the con- LICENSE:
<br />tents of evidence seized at Falcon Lanes, April !t, 1976, FALCON LANES
<br />at this time.
<br />Moved by Councilman Labalsstra, seconded by Mayor Warkentien
<br />to defer consideration of suspension hearings of the Bottle
<br />Club License issued to Falcon Lanes, 1650 West Larpenteur Avenue,
<br />until the meeting of April 22, 1976, because full and con~lete
<br />evidence has not been presented to Council to date. Upon a vote
