Gregory Murphy, George M. Hansen Company, was present to 1976 AUDIT. <br />discuss the audit of the City of Falcon Heights for the year DISCUSSION <br />ending December 31, 1975. <br />MoTed by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Mayor Warkentien to RECREATIONAL <br />authorize the transfer of $7,663.00 from the General Fund to IMPROVEMENT <br />the Recreational ImproTement Fund to reimburse the fund. Upon FUND REIMBURSED <br />a Tots being taken, the following noted "aye" : Mayor Warkentien, <br />Counci].seen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the follow- <br />ing Toted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />MoTed by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Black to FINANCIAL <br />authorize publication of tha Balance Sheet and Financial State- STATEMENT <br />msnt for the year 1975 for the City of Falcon Heights. Upon PUBLICATION <br />a rote being taken, the following Toted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the <br />following Toted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Fire reports, Nos. 26 and 27, were noted. <br />FIRE REPORTS <br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes read the report made by the Ramsey BOTTLE CLUB <br />County Sheriff's Department concerning apparent after hours LICENSE: <br />closing liquor Tiolations occurring April !t, 1976, at the FALCON LANES <br />Falcon Lanes, 1650 West Larpenteur ATenue. Council noted that <br />the Crime Lab reports of seized sTidence hale not been receiTed <br />to date. <br />The Clerk-Administrator was directed to contact the Sheriff's <br />Department this eTening to inquire if a report had been prepared <br />from the Crime Lab, after which time the item was to be brought <br />up again for discussion. <br />of $3,732.29• Upon a Tote being taken, the following Toted "aye": <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, <br />and the following Toted "nay": None.
