<br />Moved by Councilman Slack, seconded by Councilman Labalestra
<br />to grant approval for Refuse Haulers Licenses to John J.
<br />Remackel, 1087 Edgerton Street, #337, and Saver's Rubbish
<br />Removal, 1307 6th Avenue South, South Saint Paul, #339. Upon
<br />a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien,
<br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the
<br />following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Councilman Black to
<br />approve the following Master Gas Installers licenses: #330,
<br />Rose Plumbing, 1125 West County Road B., Roseville, and #331,
<br />Air Comfort, Inc,, 3300 Gorham Avenue, Minneapolis. Upon a
<br />vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien,
<br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Steele, and the following ab-
<br />stained: Councilman Labalestra. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Councilman Black to
<br />approve the On Sale Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor license,
<br />#202, for Sharon Wood and Jill Sherritt (Yukon Club, 320 West
<br />Lake Street, Minneapolis) at the ~.-H Building, Stat® Fairgrounds,
<br />for the period commencing June 3, 1976, and terminating June 6,
<br />1976, at midnight. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted
<br />"aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and
<br />Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.

<br />appoint Jerry Renchin, 1167 West Ryan, as Fire Chief of the FIRE CHIEF
<br />Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire Department for a three (3) year
<br />term. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye":
<br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Labalestra,
<br />and the following abstained: Councilman Steele. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Labalestra
<br />to appoint Joseph Bianchi, 1725 Fairview Avenue North, as 1st
<br />Assistant Fire Chief of the Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire De-
<br />partment for a three (3) year terra. Upon a vote being taken,
<br />the following voted "ay®": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
<br />Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the following abstained: Council-
<br />man Steele. Motion carried.

<br />appoint Henry Dachtera, 17314 Pascal Avenue North, as 2nd
<br />Assistant Fire Chief of the Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire De-
<br />partment for a three (3) year term. Upon a vote being taken,
<br />the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
<br />Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the following abstained: Council-
<br />man Steele. Motion carried.
