<br />Due to the proposed 5-year ftgad and Bridge Construction Program
<br />not having included the upgrading of Roselawn Avenue, as sub-
<br />mitted by Ramsey County, the following Resolution was adopted:
<br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved
<br />its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-21
<br />A RESOLUTION R.EQUES~ING THE RAMSEY COUNTY BOARD TO
<br />INCLUDE THE UPGRADING AND IMPROVEMENT OF ROSELAWN
<br />AVENUE IN THEIR PROPOSED 5-YEAR ROAD AND BRIDGE
<br />CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM

<br />Councilman Steele seconded tl~e foregoing resolution, and upon
<br />a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien,
<br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following
<br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Black to
<br />approve the On Sale Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor licenses for
<br />Shakey's Pizza Parlor, 1552 West Larpenteur Avenue, No. 199,
<br />and Pizza Huts, Inc., 1650 North Snelling Drive, No. 201. Upon
<br />a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien,
<br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the follow-
<br />ing voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund,, seconded by Mayor Warkentien to
<br />grant the following Cigarette Licenses: Segal Wholesale
<br />Tobacco, 531 Rice Street (Fa~.rgrounds), #l~1i.3; Mr. Ems System,
<br />Snelling, 1664 University Avenue, #L~l4; and Lido Cafe, 1611
<br />West Larpenteur Avenue, #i~ti.6. Upon a vote being taken, the
<br />following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
<br />Ecklund, and Steele, and the following abstained: Councilman
<br />Labalestra. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Black, seconded by Councilman Labalestra
<br />to grant approval of the following Filling Station licenses:
<br />#335, Farmers Union Grain Te]:mi.nal Association, 1667 North
<br />Snelling, and #3l~1, Herb Nelson Union 76, 1525 West Larpenteur
<br />Avenue. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye":
<br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen. Black, Ecklund, Steele, and
<br />Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, Seconded by Mayor Warkentien to
<br />grant approval of the following Tree Trimming licenses:
<br />Northland Tree Ser~.ce, 6071'' Hodgson Road, Circle Pines, #336;
<br />Davey Tree Expert Corepany, 87118 Research Center Road, New Hope,
<br />#338; and Klawitter Tree Serlriice, 3211 West Owasso Boulevard,
<br />Shoreview, #3~0. Upon a votb being taken, the following voted
<br />"aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele,
<br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion
<br />carried.
