Liquor Disbursements in the amount of $18,123.77; <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund and Labalestra, and the following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Ecklund to LIDO CAFE <br />approve the Sunday On-Sale Liquor License #3 and the On-Sale LIQUOR <br />Liquor License #~ to the Lido Cafe, Inc., 1611 West Larpenteur LICENSE <br />Avenue. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye'': APPROVAL <br />Mayor Warkentien and Councilman Ecklund, and the following <br />abstained: Councilman Labalestra. Motion carried. <br />Jerry Renchin, Fire Chief, noted that a report was due to the <br />State Fire Marshall's office on all fire calls and asked if the <br />same form could be used to report Lo the City also. Council <br />agreed the State form was acceptable as the City copy. <br />Councilman Steele arrived at 9:10 p.m. <br />Glenn Martin, 3263 Sandeen Road, has submitted a preliminary plat <br />for subdivision of a lot located at 1765 Fairview Avenue, extending <br />west to Lindig Street. A portion of the lot is in the "No-Build <br />Area" of Falcon Heights. Prior to building on this lot, conditions <br />of Resolution 76-8 are to be met. <br />The Attorney requested that the following information be provided: <br />1. The proposed house elevation; <br />2. Finished contours of the lot; <br />3.
