S. MC CROSSAN, INC. <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $175,056.85, INCLUDING $23,215.25 <br />FOR THE ln'ATER MAIN ON GARDEN AVENUE 1nkiICH IS NOT <br />COVERED BY STATE AID FUNDS <br />Councilman Steele seconded the foregoing resolution and upon a <br />vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following <br />~ voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Steele introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION <br />its adoption: N0. 76-26: <br /> PARTICIPATION <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-26 IN STATE <br /> SAFETY PROGRAM <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE FOR ROADWAY <br />IN THE MINNESOTA HIGHGJAY SAFETY PROGRAM FOR ROADWAY SIGNING <br />SIGNING IN FALCON HEIGHTS AS SUBMITTED 13Y THE CITY <br />ENGINEER <br />Councilman Labalestra seconded the foregoing resolution and upon a <br />vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Action was deferred on the method of dealing with citizens who BOULEVARD <br />plant shrubs and bushes on boulevards and right-of-ways in order PLANTING <br />that the Attorney might investigate this. VIOLATIONS <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Ordinance and moved ORDINANCE <br />its adoption: N0. 151: <br />REGULATING <br />ORDINANCE N0. 151 PUBLIC PARKS <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF AND MANAGEMENT OF <br />PUBLIC PARKS AND FACILITIES titi1ITHIN THE CITY OF FALCON <br />HEIGHTS (Subject to final draft by the Attorney) <br />Mayor Warkentien seconded the foregoing motion to adopt <br />Ordinance No. 150, and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, <br />Steel®, and Labalestra, and the following voted against: <br />None.
