S. MC CROSSAN, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $175,056.85, INCLUDING $23,215.25 FOR THE ln'ATER MAIN ON GARDEN AVENUE 1nkiICH IS NOT COVERED BY STATE AID FUNDS Councilman Steele seconded the foregoing resolution and upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following ~ voted "nay": None. Motion carried. Councilman Steele introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION its adoption: N0. 76-26: PARTICIPATION RESOLUTION N0. 76-26 IN STATE SAFETY PROGRAM A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE FOR ROADWAY IN THE MINNESOTA HIGHGJAY SAFETY PROGRAM FOR ROADWAY SIGNING SIGNING IN FALCON HEIGHTS AS SUBMITTED 13Y THE CITY ENGINEER Councilman Labalestra seconded the foregoing resolution and upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. Action was deferred on the method of dealing with citizens who BOULEVARD plant shrubs and bushes on boulevards and right-of-ways in order PLANTING that the Attorney might investigate this.
