Liquor Disbursements in the amount of $30,677.11. <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien,.~ouncilman <br />Black, Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Mariam Kutzik of 1910 Holton appeared before Council and presented a <br />written statement relating to her association with the Enviro Service, Inc. <br />610 13th Ave. So., Hopkins, Minnesota, requesting a Master Gas Installers <br />License #3la0, and noted her ob~ectioms to the Council granting th e <br />request for same. <br />Mrs. Kutzik made Council aware that the Enviro Service Inc., proceeded <br />without a License or permit and that the Gas Inspector, Frank Eha of Falcon <br />Heights stopped the installation of the furnace and air-conditioner until <br />both License and permit were obtained. Mrs. Kutzik also maintains the <br />original contract was changed when she had requested a copy be furnished <br />her and the Qquipment being installed was damaged, therefore the Trane Co., <br />will not honor the Warranty. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund to table action on <br />Master Gas Installers License #3110 requested by Enviro Services Inc., <br />until the next regular Council meeting of August 5th, 1976, and further <br />request the City Attorney to issue a misdemeanor charge and request the <br />representative from Enviro Services Inc., and Gas Inspector Eha to appear <br />at the next meeting. Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the <br />following voted "nay"" None. Motion carried. <br />MASTER GAS <br />INSTA7.T.FR <br />LIC . #310 <br />ENVIRO CO. <br />TABLED <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Mayor Warkentien to remove BOTTLE CLUB <br />from the table, Bottle Club License request of Clement Lehman, operator LICENSE <br />of the Falcon Lames, which was tabled July 8, 1976. Upon a vote being FALCON LANES <br />taken the following voted "aye": Mayer Warkentien,.~ouncilmen Black, <br />Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the following voted "may": None..-~otiom <br />carried. <br />Mr. Lehman of Falcon Lanes furnished a list of rules for all of his <br />employees and their compliance with theta. He also fuxai.shed a list <br />of Minnesota Statues and Falcon Heights Ordinance requireaaents which <br />are to be posted in the establishment and are on file with the Clerk- <br />Administrator of the City of Falcon Heights. <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Mayor Warkentien to approve <br />the Bottle Club License to Clement Lehnan/ dba Falcon Lanes, Inc., from <br />July 22, 1976 thru June 30, 1977. Upon a vote being taken the following voted <br />"aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Slack and Labalestra, and following voted <br />"nay": Councilman Ecklund. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Councilman Ecklund to remove C.H.SELIER.BERG <br />fraaa the table the Conditional Use request of Charles H. Soderberg, CONDITIONAL USE <br />X52 West Idaho. Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": RECONSI~RED <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the <br />following voted "nays': None. Motion carried. <br />
