8g <br />Minutes <br />July 22, 1976 <br />Page Four <br />Councilman Black informed Council that the Living Elm Co., Inc. has not <br />.complied with City Ordinance #86 in respect to a license to treat LIVING ELM CO. <br />Elm Trees and th erefore inquiries have been made by citizens as to why TREE TREATMENT <br />we have not granted the company a license. The City Attorney has advised LIC. REQUEST <br />Council to require the company to comply with the ordinance in respect <br />to the insurance required. i.e. $50.00 deductible. <br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes informed Council that Eleanor M. Leiser resigned ELEANOR hEISEx <br />as Secretary effective July 15, 1976. RESIGNATION <br />Motion by Councilman Ecklund, Seconded by Mayor Warkentien to authorize the <br />Clerk-Administrator to negotiate with contractors to excavate the area in EXCAVATION <br />the Falcon Heights Community Park for the installation of the Big Toy which FH COMNNNITY <br />is on order. Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor PARK BIG TOY <br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the following <br />voted 'nay": None. Motion carried <br />Motion by Councilman Labalestra, Seconded by Mayor Warkentien to adjourn <br />the meeting at 10:17 p.m. Upon a vote being taken the following voted ADJOURNMENT <br />~~aye~~: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklurid, and Labalestra, and <br />the following voted "nay+~: None.
