Motion carried. <br />90 <br />Item 5 (a) listed on the Agenda, (Master Gas Installers License #340, ITEM REMOVED FROM <br />request by Enviro Services, Inc.) was requested by Council to be tabled CONSENT AGENDA <br />until the August 25, 1976, meeting, as the applicant was out of town. <br />Mr. Barnes complied with the request. <br />Moved by Councilman Black, seconded by Mayor Warkentien to block off BLOCK OF SIMPSON <br />Simpson Street from Garden Avenue south to Crawford Street on August 14, STREET ON 8/14/76 <br />1976, from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight as requested by Gisela Harden for <br />the purpose of holding a block party. Upon a vote being taken, the foll- <br />owing voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund and <br />Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Black, seconded by Councilman Ecklund to reimburse REIMBURSEMENT FOR <br />Paul Ciernia, 1868 Holton and James White, 1938 Roselawn for the re- DISEASED ELM TREE <br />moval of two elm trees that were diseased, in the amount of $50.00 each REMOVAL <br />and direct the Clerk-Administrator to file a claim with the State under <br />the Diseased Tree Central Program. Upon a vote being taken, the follow- <br />ing voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund and <br />Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />
