AGENAA,(CONT.) <br />Councilman Ecklund also informed Council that Northern States Power <br />Con~az;y, his eanployer, is looking for a site in Falcon Heights upon <br />which to build an energy efficient home in conjunction with Honeywell. <br />He said the house would be open to the public for inspection for a <br />few weekends and then in the future be sold to a private party. He <br />wanted to know if the Council had any objections to the idea. Council <br />did not voice at~yy objections. <br />Engineer Lemberg stated he would like the 1977 Sealcoating project put <br />on the next agenda. <br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes noted that the Liquor Store inventory would LIQUOR STORE <br />b® taken on April 1, 197?, at 8:00 a.m. INVENTORY <br />Councilman Steele moved and it was seconded by Councilman Ecklund to APPOINTI~:NTS TO <br />approve the appointment of James Duffy, Lil Duethmann, LaNay Davis, RDCREATION ADVIS- <br />James Westland and Paul Kurpiewski to the Recreation Advisory Committee. ORY COMMITTEE <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye"s Acting Mayor Black, <br />Councilmen Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following voted "nay": <br />Non®. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Ecklund questioned whether the Recreation Advisory Committee <br />was now a full commission. If so, he stated, it would take a resolution <br />to change it from a committee to a full commission and he stated that the <br />question should be on fine next agenda. <br />Councilman Steele noted that the alley behind Flower City was an ab- <br />solute mess with numerous boxes laying around. He suggested Chief <br />Renchin issue a ticket for a fire code violation. <br />J <br />ITEM FOR NEXT <br />AGENDA <br />ORDINANCE VIOLA- <br />TION -FLOWER CITY <br />Councilman Ecklund moved and it was seconded by Councilman Steele to hold CITIZENS INPUT FOR <br />a citizen's ir:put meeting on the p(~rposed improvement of Tatum Street at TATUM STREET PRO- <br />8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 11~, 1977. Upon a vote being taken the follow- POSED PROJECT <br />ing voted "aye": Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele and <br />Labalestra and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Labalestra moved and it was seconded to approve, as corrected, APPROVAL OF MIN- <br />the minutes of February 28, 1977. Upon a vote being taken the following UTES OF 2/28/7? <br />voted "aye": Acting Mayer Black, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra <br />and the following voted "nay": None.
