Councilman Ecklund also informed Council that Northern States Power Con~az;y, his eanployer, is looking for a site in Falcon Heights upon which to build an energy efficient home in conjunction with Honeywell. He said the house would be open to the public for inspection for a few weekends and then in the future be sold to a private party. He wanted to know if the Council had any objections to the idea. Council did not voice at~yy objections. Engineer Lemberg stated he would like the 1977 Sealcoating project put on the next agenda. Clerk-Administrator Barnes noted that the Liquor Store inventory would LIQUOR STORE b® taken on April 1, 197?, at 8:00 a.m. INVENTORY Councilman Steele moved and it was seconded by Councilman Ecklund to APPOINTI~:NTS TO approve the appointment of James Duffy, Lil Duethmann, LaNay Davis, RDCREATION ADVIS- James Westland and Paul Kurpiewski to the Recreation Advisory Committee. ORY COMMITTEE Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye"s Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra and the following voted "nay": Non®. Motion carried. Councilman Ecklund questioned whether the Recreation Advisory Committee was now a full commission. If so, he stated, it would take a resolution to change it from a committee to a full commission and he stated that the question should be on fine next agenda. Councilman Steele noted that the alley behind Flower City was an ab- solute mess with numerous boxes laying around. He suggested Chief Renchin issue a ticket for a fire code violation. Councilman Labalestra moved and it was seconded to approve, as corrected, APPROVAL OF MIN- the minutes of February 28, 1977.
