MINUTES REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 9, 1977 ~ ~ ~ page 4 + Jerry Renchin appeared before Council requesting NEW SLEEPING approval on a new sleeping time from 9:00 p.m. to HOURS 6:00 a.m. for the Volunteer Firemen Councilman Labalestra moved seconded by Councilman Black to approve the new sleeping hours for the Volunteer Fireman. Upon a vote being taken the following a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra. The following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. Jerry Renchin requested Council to approve the appoint- APPROVAL OF ment of Robert Fuller as a Volunteer Fireman. VOLUNTEER FIREMAN Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien ROBERT FULLER to approve the appointment of Robert Fuller as a Volun- teer Firman subject to a six month probation and subject to passing a physical. Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund. The: following voted "nay": Councilmen Steele and Labalestra. Motion carried. Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, APPROVAL OF to approve the use of the new Fire Truck in the Fair- FIRETRUCK AND grounds Grand Stand Area, for $100.00 per day, plus MEN FOR FAIR five men at $6.50 an hour per man, for the 10 days of GROUNDS GRAND the State Fair. Upon a vote being taken the following STAND voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra. The following voted "nay" None. Motion carried. Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund 4 SEASON MASTER to approve the Master Gas License #345 for Four Seasons GAS LICENSE. Air Specialists, 312 Division Street, White Bear Lake, Minnesota 55110. Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra. The following voted "nay" None. Motion carried. There was a discussion of the Council concerning the FALCON LANES Falcon Lanes Bottle Club License # 363 as to whether BOTTLE CLUB or not there were any infractions since the last LICENSE violation was reported. Clerk Administrator Barnes stated there were no further violations during the year. Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra to approve Falcon Lanes Bottle Club License #363 for the year July 1, 1977 to June 30, 1978. Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra. The following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
