MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 28, 1977 -J <br />Page 4 Q~' ~'f i <br />Councilman Ecklund brought before Council the idea of getting THERMOGRAM <br />a Thermogram of Falcon Heights. Clerk Administrator Barnes was <br />directed to find out whether this had been done for Falcon Heights. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes presented to Council the estimates by SIGN ESTIMATE <br />Lawrence Signs, Midway Sign and Universal Sign for removal of <br />the sign on the Liquor Store, they stated they would have to put <br />bracing on the sign above. No action taken. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes reported that the cost for an appraisal APPRAISAL OF <br />of the Cohen property would be approzimately $200 - $300 per day. COHEN PROPERTY <br />Proposals requested from Elmquist & Assoc. and Patchin Appraisal, <br />Inc. Will be submitted to the City of Falcon Heights in approx. <br />two weeks. After receiving the quotes, the Council will determine <br />whether it is feasible to persue the appraisal due to Mr. Cohen's <br />request for a reduction in valuation for the years 1975 & 1976. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes was directed to ask Dr. David French TREE INJECTION <br />to come before the Council and state his intention as far as <br />injecting American Elm Trees. Council would like to be advised <br />of his decision. The City of Falcon Heights will not inject any <br />trees until he comes before the Council. <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra to ADJOURNMENT <br />adjourn at 10:33 p.m. Upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, <br />Steele and Labalestra.
