~l <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />9 ~ ~'j <br />AUGUST 11, 1977 <br />The regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called <br />to order by Acting Mayor Blac7c at 7:25 p.m. <br />Acting Mayor Black, Counci]men Steel and Labalestra. Als o PRESENT <br />present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg, <br />Attorney Jack VandeNorth, sitting in for Attorney Kenefick. <br />Mayor Warkentien was on vacation. <br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Councilman <br />Steele to approve the Consent Agenda as follows: <br />1. Fire and Rescue reports 67, 68, 70 and 71 <br />2. General Disbursements in the amount of $36,127.76 <br />3. Liquor Disbursements in the amount of $19,245.02 <br />4. Licenses <br />1 <br />A.
