MINUTES SEPTEMBERI8, 1977CIL MEETING _J Page 3 ~ ~`'' Fire Chief Jerry Renchin reported to council the FIRE STATION bottom panel of the side door of the fire station DOOR REPAIR was in need of repair. Councilman Labalestra moved, seconded by Councilman Black to use the monies from the building maintenance fund - Acct. 409 to be used for the repair of the door at a cost of $12.5.00. Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough and Labalestra. Councilman Steele absent. The following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. Council requested Clerk Administrator Barnes to MEDIAN write the Ramsey County Engineer to finalize the LARPENTEUR agreement to remove the median strip on Larpenteur AVENUE Avenue in front of the fire station and City Hall entrance. Clerk Administrator Barnes presented to council RESOLUTION Resolution 77-22, Final Payment - Allied Blacktop 77-22 as follows: ALLIED BLACK- . TOP RESOLUTION 77-22 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO ALLIED BLACK- TOP FOR WORK DONE FOR THE 1977 STREET, ALLEY AND SEAL COATING PROJECT Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman McGough to authorize Clerk Administrator Barnes to make final payment to Allied Blacktop in the amount of $797.02. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough and Labalestra. The following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. Councilman Steele absent Clerk Administrator Barnes brought before council CONDITIONAL the conditional use permit for Ralph Morris of USE PERMIT 1412 Idaho to locate a two car garage 2' from his side RALPH MORRIS lot line and 3' from the rear lot line. Councilman Black moved seconded by Councilman Labalestra to refer it to the Planning Commission. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough and Labalestra. The following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. Councilman Steele absent.
