MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBERI8, 1977CIL MEETING _J <br />Page 3 ~ ~`'' <br />Fire Chief Jerry Renchin reported to council the FIRE STATION <br />bottom panel of the side door of the fire station DOOR REPAIR <br />was in need of repair. Councilman Labalestra moved, <br />seconded by Councilman Black to use the monies from <br />the building maintenance fund - Acct. 409 to be used <br />for the repair of the door at a cost of $12.5.00. <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough and <br />Labalestra. Councilman Steele absent. The following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Council requested Clerk Administrator Barnes to MEDIAN <br />write the Ramsey County Engineer to finalize the LARPENTEUR <br />agreement to remove the median strip on Larpenteur AVENUE <br />Avenue in front of the fire station and City Hall <br />entrance. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes presented to council RESOLUTION <br />Resolution 77-22, Final Payment - Allied Blacktop 77-22 <br />as follows: ALLIED BLACK- <br />. TOP <br />RESOLUTION 77-22 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE <br />FINAL PAYMENT TO ALLIED BLACK- <br />TOP FOR WORK DONE FOR THE 1977 <br />STREET, ALLEY AND SEAL COATING <br />PROJECT <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman McGough <br />to authorize Clerk Administrator Barnes to make final <br />payment to Allied Blacktop in the amount of $797.02. <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough and <br />Labalestra. The following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />carried. Councilman Steele absent <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes brought before council CONDITIONAL <br />the conditional use permit for Ralph Morris of USE PERMIT <br />1412 Idaho to locate a two car garage 2' from his side RALPH MORRIS <br />lot line and 3' from the rear lot line. Councilman <br />Black moved seconded by Councilman Labalestra to <br />refer it to the Planning Commission. Upon a vote <br />being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Black, McGough and Labalestra. The following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. Councilman Steele <br />absent. <br /> <br />
