J <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 10, 1977 <br />A regular city council meeting of the City of Falcon <br />Heights was called to order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m, <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen McGough, Steele and <br />Labalestra. Also present were Clerk Administrator <br />Barnes, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Kenefick. <br />None. <br />Councilman Black delayed due to a prior engagement. <br />Councilman McGough moved, seconded by Councilman <br />Labalestra to approve the Consent Agenda with the <br />exception of Licenses which were put on the regular <br />agenda for discussion. <br />1. Building Inspectors Report - October <br />2. Fire and Rescue Reports 100, 101 and 102 <br />3. General Payroll - 2nd Half - Oct. $3,883.87 <br />4. Liquor Payroll - 2nd Half - Oct. $1,822.75 <br />5. General Disbursements in the amount of: $2,956.62 <br />6. Liquor Disbursements in the amount of: $15,929.30 <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmen McGough, Steele and Labalestra. <br />The following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />ilk <br />PRESENT <br />ABSENT <br />DELAYED <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman McGough MINUTES OF <br />to approve the minutes of October 27, 1977 as corrected OCT. 27, 1977 <br />and amended. Upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen McGough, Steele, <br />and Labalestra. The following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes presented the conditional <br />use of Jerold Lindmeyer, 1771 Asbury as approved by <br />the planning commission for a metal storage shed to <br />be constructed on his patio. <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman McGough <br />to approve the conditional use permit for Jerold <br />Lindmeyer of 1771 Asbury for the construction of a metal <br />storage shed on the patio. Upon a vote being taken the <br />following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />McGough, Steele and Labalestra. The following voted <br />"nay": None.
