WARKENTIEN <br />TO THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR: GENE STEELE <br />AND HELEN L. BROWN TO THE OFFICE OF COUNCIL= <br />MEMBER AND ACCEPTING THE TALLY OF THE SPECIAL <br />ELECTION ON THE PROPOSITION FOR A NEW FIRE <br />TRUCK. <br />Councilman McGough moved, seconded by Councilman Black to <br />approve .the Canvassing Board Report and adopt Resolution <br />77-28. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough, Steele and <br />Labalestra. The following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />carried. <br />SPECIAL ELECTIO <br />ELECTION <br />RESOLUTION <br />77-29 <br />RESOLUTION 77-29 <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CANVASSING OF RE- <br />TURNS OF SPECIAL ELECTION <br />"SHALL THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS BE <br />AUTHORIZED TO BORROW MONEY ON THE <br />AUTHORITY OF ITS GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />BONDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED <br />$66,000 FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING <br />A FIRE TRUCK" <br />Votes Yes 1036 <br />Votes No 122 <br />Blank Ballots 8 <br />Total Ballots 1166 <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough, Steele and <br />Labalestra.
