Council <br />directed Clerk Administrator Barnes to invite the _. <br />Human Rights Commission to attend the Nov. 22nd, 1977 <br />meeting for discussion. Deferred to Nov. 22, 1977 <br />The review of the Planning Commission By-Laws was <br />held over to the Nov. 22nd, 1977 meeting. <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman <br />McGough to adjourn the meeting at 10:12 p. m. Upon <br />a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough, Steele and <br />Labalestra. The following voted "nay": None.
