Stone seconded and the <br />motion carried. <br />r: <br />Safety Deposit Warkentien moved that the Village continue renting a <br />Box: safety deposit box at the Falcon Heights State Bank as <br />long as the bank remains in the Village. Stone secon- <br />ded and the motion carried. <br />Board of Health: The oath of office was admin:i.steeed to Keith I. Loken, <br />1615 Garden Avenue, by Clerk Printon, pursuant to his <br />appointment to the Falcon Heights Board of Health, the <br />term to expire December 31, 1973• <br />Planning Commission: Black moved that the following members be re-appointed <br />to the Falcon Heights Planning Commission, their terms <br />to expire December 31, 1973. <br />George W. Plant, Chairman, 1861 Moore Street <br />Mrs. Ralph F. Berdie, Secretary, 2208 Folwell <br />Gale E. Libby, 1868 Simpson Street <br />Warkentien seconded and the motion carried. <br />Municipal Bond Stone moved that the Village retain the firm of Duran <br />Consultants: and Moody as municipal bond consultants. Taylor second- <br />ed and the motion carried. <br />Horticulturist: Ecklund moved that the Village retain Dr. C. Gustav <br />Hard as Village Horticulturist. Warkentien seconded <br />and the moti~in carried. <br />Animal Control: Ecklund moved that the B & E Patrol be retained ~ <br />furnish animal control services for the Village on a <br />call basis. Warkentien seconded and the motion carried. <br />Official Depository - Stone introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Resolution 71-1: its adoption: <br />RESOLVED that the Falcon Heights State Bank of Falcon <br />Heights, Minnesota, be and is hereby designated as <br />depository for the funds of the Village of Falcon Heights <br />and the Village Treasurer is authorized to deposit <br />general andother funds therein to the amount of two-hun- <br />dred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000). <br />
