He recommended the line be excavated <br />and cleared of the obstruction this summer. <br />Ramsey County The Village Attorney discussed at length a proposed Ramsey <br />Municipal Court County Municipal Court System. He was directed by the <br />System: V~Illage Council to draft a letter putting the Council on <br />record as opposing such a bill. The Village Clerk was <br />directed to contact the Village of Roseville regarding the <br />possible merger of the two court systems. <br />Fire Report: Ecklund read Fire Report No. 71-2. <br />Recreation Advisory Black presented the January 11th and February 18th reports <br />Committee Reports: of the Falcon Heights Recreation Advisory Committee. The <br />reports are to be reviewed at the March 11th Council meet- <br />ing. The Village Clerk was directed to contact Lloyd C. <br />Nielsen, Superintendent School District No. 623, request- <br />ing permission to use the Falcon Heights Elementary School <br />playground for the 1971 summer recreation program. Mr. <br />Black fuxther reported that the 1970 recreation agreement <br />with the University of Minnesota and residents of Univer- <br />sity Grove had expired. The Village Attorney was directed <br />to prepare an agreement for review extending the conditions <br />of the 1970 agreement. Motion by Warkentien that the <br />Village Clerk be authorized to renew the 1970 agreement with <br />the University of Minnesota for the use of playground area <br />in University Grove.
