On the west side curbing <br />t~-as installed with vexy little sod to be replaced. On the <br />east side it ti•1as required to place curb fill and sod on the <br />majority of the boulevard area adjacent to the Zobert Ha11 <br />proper ty. <br />Total construction cost f_o-r sod and. bituminous curb for the <br />Zrest side of Fry Street, faith cost i~er foot at >2.~>, having <br />a total cost of ~1,05~.63. Such proposed asscsszrient, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto a.nd made a part hereof is hereby accented <br />and shall constitute the special assessment against the <br />lands named. therein, and. each tract of land therein is hereby <br />found to be benefitted by the proposed improvement. <br />2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual <br />installments extending over a r,eriod of 5 years, the first of <br />said installments to be payable with general taxes for the <br />year 1972, collectible with taxes during; the year 1973. To <br />the first installment there shall be added interest at the <br />rate of eight per cent (CC1.OGjo) per annum on the entire asses- <br />sment fror~i the date of this resoluti on until December 3l, <br />19TH . To each subsequent installment when due, there shall be <br />added interest fox~ one year at said rate on all unpaid instal- <br />lments. The o~.-ner of ar~;T property so assessed may at any time <br />prior to the certification of the assessment or the first in- <br />sta17_ment thereof to the Counter Auditor, pay the whole of the <br />assessment on such property with interest accrued to the date <br />of payment to the Village Treasurer, except that no interest <br />shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid. within 30 <br />days from the date hereof; and such property oti~,ner may at any <br />brie prior to T~TOVember is of any year pay to the County <br />Treasurer the entire amount of the assessment remaining due <br />with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which <br />said payment is made. <br />
