~~ <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEhIDER 9, 1972 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights Village Council was called to <br />order by Mayor ~`arkentien a.t 7 : 3ta P .M . <br />PRESENT: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, <br />and Councilwoman Stocker. Also present were Clerk-Ad- <br />ministrator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney <br />Kenefick. <br />ABSENT : None. <br />Minutes: Motion by Councilman Stone, seconded by Councilman <br />Ecklund, to approved the minutes of the meeting of <br />October 26, 1972, as corrected. <br />Variance Request Councilman Black introduced the following resolution <br />by Arden Hills and moved its adoption: <br />Investment Co., <br />1830 W. Larpen- RESOLUTION # 72-43 <br />tear <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A VARIANCE APPLICATION <br />FOR A HIDE YARD SET BACK OF FIVE FEET FOR <br />GARAGES AND PARKING SPACE AT 1830 W. LARPENTEUR <br />An application submitted by the Arden Hi11s Imrestment <br />Compan4y, for a variance authorizing a side yard set back <br />of five feet for garages and parking space in the pro- <br />posed multiple dwelling at 1830 W. Larpenteur Avenue. <br />The above resolution was seconded by Councilman Ecklund, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof; Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund and Councilwoman Stocker. Councilman Stone <br />abstained, Whereupon the resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />Conditional Use Councilman Black introduced the following resolution <br />Request by Arden and moved its adoption: <br />Hills Investment <br />Co., 1830 W. RESOLUTION # 72-la.l~ <br />Larpenteur: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR A CON- <br />DITIONAL USE,_FOR A MULTIPLE DWELLING AT <br />1830 W. LARPENTEUR <br />To approve an application for a conditional use by the <br />Arden Hi11s Investment Company, for a multiple dwelling <br />at 1830 W. Larpenteur Avenue, subject to the Village <br />Engineers approval of surface drainage and elevation <br />levels for the site. It was also added that any additional <br />expenses incurred by the Village Engineer, will be com- <br />pensated for by the Arden Hi11s Investment Company. <br />The above resolution was seconded by Councilman Ecklund, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />aye: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund and <br />
