9'7 <br />from the St. Paul Association for Retarded Children, <br />for an appropriation for the Roseville Summer Day <br />Camp, of $150.00. <br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilwoman <br />Stocker, that the Council appropriate only $75.00, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Black, Ecklund <br />and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted <br />against appropriating only $75.00: Mayor Warkentien, <br />and the following voted against appropriating an~r <br />money to the camp: Councilman Stone. Motion passed <br />on a 3 to 2 vote. <br />Snowplowing Councilwoman Stocker introduced the following resolution <br />Contract: and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # 72-l~5 <br />THE CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED <br />TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH JAMES N. NOEL <br />FOR THE 1972-1973 WINTER SNOWPLOWING SEASON <br />James N. Hoel, 1266 Garden Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, <br />is hereby authorized to do the snowplowing in the Village <br />of Falcon Heights at the rate of $15.00 per hour for <br />the 1972-1973 winter season, as per contract on file <br />with the Clerk-Administrator. <br />Division of Councilman Stone introduced the following resolution and <br />Assessments: moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # 72-~.6 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE DIVISION OF ASSESSMENTS <br />The above resolution for the division of assessments for <br />the property at 1819 Hamline Avenue, for storm sewer and <br />water improvement, was seconded by Councilman Ecklund, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stoeker, Whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Request of Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, that <br />Henry Dachtera: Henry Dachtera's request for the use of the Village Hall <br />for a meeting of the Captains of the Professional Rescue <br />Instructors of Minnesota, be approved, and that they <br />clean up the Hall after the meeting in lieu of a fee. <br />Motion carried. <br />Lido's On-Sale The request of John Labelestra of Lido's Cafe, for an <br />Liquor License application for an On-Sale Liquor License, was discussed <br />Request: and no action could be taken on his request under Minnesota <br />Statues, because the Village of Falcon Heights does have <br />Off-Sale Liquor. <br />
