Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, that the Council appropriate only $75.00, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Black, Ecklund and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against appropriating only $75.00: Mayor Warkentien, and the following voted against appropriating an~r money to the camp: Councilman Stone.
