1Q <br />Insurance: Clerk-Administrator Barnes made a report to the Council <br />on the proposed specifications for Village Insurance. He <br />indicated that the specifications were being updated and <br />would be mailed to various insurance companies requesting <br />them to submit quotations by December 13, 1972. <br />Maintenance Engineer Lemberg made his report to the Council on the <br />Garage: progress of the construction of the Maintenance garage. He <br />stated the contractors involved would start on approximately <br />November 27, 1972. <br />Parking Spaces - Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, <br />Apartments: directing the Clerk-Administrator to advise the Planning <br />Commission in writing, the Council's recommendation that <br />they consider amending Ordinance #64, 14.2 (2.6) and 14.2 (4.4) <br />for multiple dwelling parking spaces from the existing re- <br />quirements of 9' x 20 ' to 10' x 22' as a minimum requirement, <br />with a minimum requirement of two parking places per <br />dwelling unit. Motion carried. <br />Liquor Store Motion by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, <br />Stocking: to authorize the Clerk-Administrator to utilize any general <br />or sanitary surer funds temporarily to provide for the <br />stocking of the Municipal Liquor Store, not to exceed <br />$50,000.00. Motion carried. <br />Payroll: Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, to <br />approve the payroll for the period ending November 20, 1972, <br />in the amount of $1,819.54. Motion carried. <br />General Dis- Councilman Black moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, to <br />bursements: approve the general disbursements for the period ending <br />November 20, 1972, in the amount of $12,963.44. Motion <br />carried. <br />Liquor Dis- Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to <br />bursesnents: approve the liquor store disbursements for the period ending <br />November 20, 1972, in the amount of $22,?59.68.
