<br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights Village Council was called to order by Mayor

<br />Councilman Stone moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to r•TINUTES

<br />as corrected. Motion carried.
<br />Ordinance No. 125 was discussed by the Council, and further DISCUSSION OF
<br />action was deferred until after the public hearing. ORDINANCE 125
<br />The public hearing on the amendment of Ordinance Pdo. 6I~, PUBLIC HEARh`1G -
<br />providing conditional. use in the R-3 districts, "Horticulture APTEIVDr~IEAIT TO ORDINANCE

<br />appurtenant structures," was called to order at 8:05 P.rI., AND HORTICULTURE";
<br />by Mayor Warkentien, and the notice of public hearing was PROPOSED ORDINANCE
<br />read. Present for the hearing were l~~r. Arthur Lindig and 126

<br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Stone, to
<br />adopt the foregoing Ordinance ?do. 126, amending Ordinance
<br />I~To. 6t~. Upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
<br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black,
<br />Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following
<br />voted against the same: None. whereupon, the Ordinance was
<br />adopted.
