Hefty, agent for ROSELAT+JN ~Rf S?IELDOTI <br />the Lefty Realty Company, requesting a 26.5' side yard set back <br />from the north lot line instead of the 30' required by the <br />zoning ordinance. FUND USAGE MEETING <br />The placement of three school safety signs on the streets STREET SIGNS <br />near the Falcon Heights Elementary School, was discussed AROU"TD FALCON SCTi00L <br />by the Council, and it was agreed that Bill Chenowith from <br />the Ramsey County Engineering Department be contacted by <br />Engineer Lemberg, about the placing of these signs, as they <br />are on County aid streets. <br />Engineer Lemberg made mention of an article about a bill now SNOt~'LOWIPIG <br />in the legislature which might make it impossible for the <br />Ramsey County Highway Department to plow the snow for the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, and urged the Council to follow the <br />progress of this bill. <br />Attorney Kenefick reported on a bill now in the legislature, LIQUOR LICENSE <br />which would authorize restaurants with a seating capacity of <br />more than 30 people, and who are licensed for the sale of non- <br />intoxicating malt liquor, to sell wine or champagne without <br />an on-sale liquor license. <br />Engineer Lemberg reported on the progress of the maintenance P•ZAIIVTEAIAIICE GARAGE <br />garage. LIe stated that the roof would be put on by Friday, <br />February 23, or T~Ionday, February 26, 1973. Iie also stated <br />that the unit heaters have been installed, and the work is <br />moving along t•Te11. <br />Fire reports numbers 4, 5, 6, ~~ 7 were noted.
