MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA MARCH 22, 1973 • A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights Village Council was called to order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:3It P.M. Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker. Also present were Clerk Adminis- trator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg, and Attorney Kenefick. None. Councilman Stone moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, to approve the minutes of the special meeting of March 1, 1973, as corrected. Motion carried. Councilman Stone moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of March 8, 1973, as corrected. Motion carried. Mr. Dick Rafferty of Progressive Design Associates, was present at the meeting to answer any questions the Council had in regard to the final payment request sub- mitted by Antler Corporation, for work .done at the Municipal Liquor Store. Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to app rove the final payment in the amount of $107.15, subject to Antler's approval of that amount. Motion carried. Mr. William Wondra, Wondra's Piano and Organ, 1526 W. Larpenteur Avenue, was present at the meeting to discuss his request for a variance for an additional sign at the above address. Councilman Stone moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, to approve the application for a variance for a 5' x 7' sign on the roof of the building at 1526 W. Larpenteur, subject to the removal of the small projecting sign. Motion carried. Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, to authorize Attorney Kenefick to draft an ordinance re- lative to the set-~ application submitted by Mr. Clem Lehnen of the Falcon Bowling Lanes, to be presented to the Council at their regular meeting of April 12, 1973• Motion carried. PRESENT ABSENT MINUTES FINAL PAYMENT - ANTLER CORPORATION VARIANCE - 1526 W. LARPENTEUR SET-UP APPLICATION FALCON LANES Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, VARIANCE - to approve the variance request by William E. Olson, 186l~ SHELDON 186It Sheldon, to construct a parking area for a recreational vehicle within two feet of the rear lot line. Motion carried. Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, CONDITIONAL USE - to approve the application for a conditional use request 1658 N. SNELLING for a picture frame factory in a B-2 business district, at 1658 N. Snelling Avenue. Motion carried.
